The Challenge

Eastwood Homes is a well-known and respected name in the Southeast, but they needed a more cohesive and engaging approach to their email communications—particularly as they advertised new homes, featured neighborhoods, floor plans and realtor events.

There were two primary challenges:

Eastwood operates in multiple states with dozens of communities and divisions. Each location runs local promotions, hosts events and offers varied inventory, resulting in 100+ marketing tactics per month. That kind of volume made it difficult to maintain brand consistency, visual cohesion and campaign quality without a strategic system in place. Every flyer, social post and email needed to align with brand standards while staying fresh and relevant for each community.
