Senior Account Executive

This role is not a traditional sales position. Salary only, no commissioned sales.

The Senior Account Executive should be dynamic, agency experienced individual that has a proven track record of managing client expectations and a wide range of projects that encompass all aspects of marketing strategy, creative development, digital marketing, and film/video production. They will serve to lead on Agency’s large accounts, mentor other Account team members and possess great leadership ability.  The Senior Account Executive will have Marketing Agency experience and be adept at managing client expectations.

The Senior Account Executive is responsible for the day-to-day management of various projects from planning, execution and final delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience leading within a team, have great initiative to learn and mentor others. A strong knowledge of digital marketing and working with B2B retail clients, a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining client relationships, confidently interacting with all levels of leadership.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable, reliable point of contact, including expertise of tools and knowledge of various stakeholders to gather necessary assets or information.
  • Writing strategic creative briefs to ensure projects meet defined targets and goals.

  • Minimum of years of experience as a Marketing or Account Manager, agency experience required.
  • Experience developing and implementing new strategies and programs that successfully achieve business objectives.
  • Organized and skilled in project management. Must balance high-priority, long-term projects with short-term, immediate deadlines.
  • Adept at managing projects and deadlines with industry software such as Asana.

Marketing Coordinator

In this role, you will be assisting an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive in ensuring all projects are completed on time and on budget. This includes, but is not limited to meeting coordination, status reporting, brief creation and overall assistance in account management.

As our Account Coordinator your responsibilities will require you to:

  • Write creative briefs and open jobs into the project management system, outlining creative deliverables.
  • Act as liaison between the Account Executives and the Project Manager, communicating client feedback and any pertinent information throughout the project lifecycle that may impact budget, timelines or resources.
  • Assist Account Executives with the creation of proposals, SOWs, meeting materials and status reports.
  • Communicate with clients as needed or as designated by the Account Executive.
  • Attend client meetings and traffic deliverables to clients as needed.
  • Assist in management of projects with a focus on project organization and understanding of timelines.
  • Perform other job related duties as assigned

Senior Designer

As our Senior Designer you will be responsible for concepting, designing and supporting the Creative Team across both traditional and digital platforms. You will develop innovative, creative solutions and materials based on approved campaign creative direction and produce materials for creative and client presentations. Additionally, as the Senior Designer you will contribute creative input to other agency processes, such as: new business pitches, brainstorming sessions, and the like. You are expected to be able to take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts and other designs.

As our Senior Designer you will be expected to:

  • Be the agency’s leading expert in design, in both traditional and digital platforms
  • Concept, design, and provide design support for the graphic design and web teams
  • Collaborate with multiple in-house departments effectively and efficiently
  • Deliver high-quality work, on-time, and on-budget with the aid of the Agency’s project management
  • system and processes
  • Work with web team to create user-friendly and responsive websites that meet UX/UI best

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BFA in Graphic Design or similar

  • Experience designing for desktop and mobile digital platforms
  • Illustration and UI/UX experience is a plus
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Invision or similar
  • Working HTML/CSS skills, JavaScript and WordPress a plus

Front End Developer Intern

BRK Global Marketing is looking for a motivated Front End Developer Intern to assist on a wide range of web projects. The right candidate will have the opportunity to work with our teams in designing, building and maintaining client websites. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience and build your resume and portfolio. Essential functions include:

  • Perform website updates.
