Account Executive

This role is not a traditional sales position. Salary with commissioned sales.

Account Manager

Overview:

The Account Manager position at BRK Global Marketing is our entry level Account Management position designed for the individual looking to gain experience in the marketing industry and grow their skillset.  They are a person who has a desire for learning and growth, a willingness to assist wherever needed, a professional and respectful demeanor, and the mental aptitude to work independently but knows when to ask questions to further their knowledge and get tasks completed.  The Account Manager wants the fast-paced agency experience and is a true team player.

Art Director

In this role, you will serve as a creative leader and expert for our Design Team. You will support all ongoing projects as needed ensuring the Agency’s quality standards while also being a mentor and resource for other designers on the team. Additionally, you will manage high-level creative concepts, visual support and original design for digital and traditional creative campaigns, video marketing efforts, and website design & development. Digital Marketing Analyst

In this role, you will assist in leading all digital marketing executions for both agency clients and the agency itself. You will need to be able to create the end-to-end blueprints for each campaign, connecting marketing strategies to the client’s goals. Motion Graphics Designer/ 2D Animator

BRK is looking for a talented full-time Motion Graphics Artist to join our Video team. We’re looking for a passionate individual with an artistic eye for the latest trends, who can juggle multiple projects and is familiar with the fast pace of a Post Production workflow.

As the Motion Graphics Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide-range of projects including: Commercials, Branded Content, Social Media, Corporate and Long-form narrative. An ideal candidate should have a proficiency for bringing projects to life and putting ideas into motion (pun ?).

Responsibilities:

  • Creation of Motion Graphics and 2D animations (Titles, Logo Builds, Lower thirds, and more!) for a variety of video types: commercials, branded content, social media, corporate, etc.
  • Conceptualize and collaborate with BRK’s Directors, Producers, Editors and other Animators to interpret and execute a project’s vision.
  • Work closely with BRK’s Video, Creative & Art Department’s to ensure client brand standards are met.
  • Build and maintain motion graphic templates, resources and libraries
  • Manage deadlines and workloads to allow for an optimized workflow
  • This position reports to the Director of Video Production

Skills and Requirements:

  • 4+ year’s experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications: After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere
  • Video Editing Experience or familiarity a plus
  • Additional 3D Animation skills a plus: (Cinema4D, 3ds Max, Maya or Element 3D)
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to double checking
  • Energized by a challenge, solutions-driven
  • Ability to communicate, strategize and problem solve for the best solution
  • Organized, Proactive, Team Player
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Film, Media Studies, or related field

Office Manager

As our Office Manager you will provide general administrative support to our team. You are a person of many talents! You will be a part of our Accounting and HR Department and will work closely with the Accounting and HR Director. In addition, you will provide assistance to Executive Leadership. Occasionally you will be involved in small event planning but always you will be the smiling face to greet our clients and encourage our staff. You will be an integral part of the daily functions that keep our Marketing Agency moving.

As our Office Manager you will be expected to:

  • Perform general administrative duties, such as, but not limited to: ordering supplies, scheduling general maintenance appointments, and ensure office aesthetic standards are being held both with vendors and employees.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping in QuickBooks to include, AP and AR.
  • Greet and interact with all clients in a respectable and professional manner.
  • Take pride in the presentation of yourself and the office.
  • Assist in managing calendars of Executive Leadership and scheduling requested appointments.
  • Foster Agency vendor relationships and research new vendors as needed.
  • Lead on organizing Agency events when needed.
  • Assist in the maintaining of accurate and organized Agency records.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years performing bookkeeping duties. Experience in QuickBooks preferred but can train.
  • Minimum 3 years in office administration or office management.
  • Event planning experience a plus.

Ideal candidate will:

  • Be a self-motivated team player with a positive outlook.
  • Demonstrate knowledge in managing multiple projects simultaneously and working with and leading a team.
  • Possess time management skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
