Digital Marketing Analyst
In this role, you will assist in leading all digital marketing executions for both agency clients and the agency itself. You will need to be able to create the end-to-end blueprints for each campaign, connecting marketing strategies to the client’s goals. This includes identifying all the necessary assets and deliverables for the campaign, including display ads, search headlines, content assets (infographics, white papers, data sheets, case studies), landing pages, blogs, Website development, SEO Strategies etc..
You will work closely with our Digital Director, CMO and external digital vendors. In addition to your team, you will work closely with the CMO and the Accounts Team to educate and guide the agency teams understanding of digital marketing, digital reports and be a contributor in the development of a process for all digital projects.
As our Digital Marketing Analyst you will be expected to:
- Lead the execution of all digital campaign
- Ensure delivery of accurate Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Reports
- Evaluate and optimize digital marketing strategy
- Monitor and analyze reports, providing insights and overarching report content
- Guide budgeting, targeting and creative for all digital
- Support SEO, SEM, email marketing, web development and social strategies
- Lead all digital campaign execution and ensure goals are identified and
- Partner with Account Team to provide insights and strategies for clients
- Assess client growth opportunities by partnering with the Account Strategy team to provide beneficial digital strategy
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, client industry trends and market shifts
- Manage Digital and Web
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital landscape
- Experience with Google Analytics and/or web analytics application
- Experience with email marketing platforms
- Google Adword Certification
- Hubspot Partner & Marketing Certification, with minimum 5 years Hubspot experience
- Experience with Asana, or other web-based project management software a plus
- Knowledge of other market leading CRM tools include, Sales Force, Marketo, Pardot, etc…
- Experience with Google Ads and/or digital advertising platform

Art Director
In this role, you will serve as a creative leader and expert for our Design Team. You will support all ongoing projects as needed ensuring the Agency’s quality standards while also being a mentor and resource for other designers on the team. Additionally, you will manage high-level creative concepts, visual support and original design for digital and traditional creative campaigns, video marketing efforts, and website design & development. You are an experienced designer who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and can present confidently and work collaboratively across all Agency departments. You will be working on-site at our location in Charlotte, NC.
As our Art Director you will be expected to:
- Demonstrate creative, technical, and analytical skills.
- Work closely and collaborate with Creative Director to ensure that creative direction is clearly communicated and provide design knowledge and support as needed.
- Be knowledgeable of client’s brand standards and campaigns to provide design direction and ensure quality standards are met.
- Use expertise to guide campaigns and other projects from conception through completion, working across agency departments.
- Able to work quickly and make decisions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Operate effectively for quick turnaround of enhancements and/or adjustments.
- Be responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables in an on-time and high-quality manner.
- Review and communicate clearly, through feedback, on creative and brand briefs to make sure creative direction is clear and on-target for the client’s deliverables and meets expectations.
- Manage freelance projects and foster vendor relationships.
- Serve as a mentor and resource for design team and encourage growth.
- Stay current on industry trends, tools and new developments that could optimize in-house quality and time management as well as meet or exceed client’s expectations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 8-10 years of design experience to include: digital and traditional design, website design & development and video.
- Marketing Agency experience required; experience in fast-paced agency, in-house environment.
- Minimum 5 years leading or managing a design team.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch, Figma, Invision or similar
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, Digital Communications or related field.
- Experience with Asana, or other web-based project management software a plus.

Account Executive
This role is not a traditional sales position. Salary only, no commissioned sales.
The Account Executive should be dynamic, agency experienced individual that has a proven track record of managing client expectations and a wide range of projects that encompass all aspects of marketing strategy, creative development, digital marketing, and film/video production. They are responsible for the day-to-day management of various projects from planning, execution and final delivery. This position reports to the Director of Accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining client relationships, confidently interacting with all levels of leadership.
- Serve as a knowledgeable, reliable point of contact, including expertise of tools and knowledge of various stakeholders to gather necessary assets or information.
- Writing strategic creative briefs to ensure projects meet defined targets and goals.
- Facilitate meetings, manage agendas, and capture clear notes with action items to share with appropriate stakeholders and team members.
- Seamlessly manage multiple projects of various scopes with differing and converging timelines.

Marketing Coordinator
In this role, you will be assisting an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive in ensuring all projects are completed on time and on budget. This includes, but is not limited to meeting coordination, status reporting, brief creation and overall assistance in account management.
As our Account Coordinator your responsibilities will require you to:
- Write creative briefs and open jobs into the project management system, outlining creative deliverables.
- Act as liaison between the Account Executives and the Project Manager, communicating client feedback and any pertinent information throughout the project lifecycle that may impact budget, timelines or resources.
- Assist Account Executives with the creation of proposals, SOWs, meeting materials and status reports.
- Communicate with clients as needed or as designated by the Account Executive.
- Attend client meetings and traffic deliverables to clients as needed.

Senior Designer
As our Senior Designer you will be responsible for concepting, designing and supporting the Creative Team across both traditional and digital platforms. You will develop innovative, creative solutions and materials based on approved campaign creative direction and produce materials for creative and client presentations. Additionally, as the Senior Designer you will contribute creative input to other agency processes, such as: new business pitches, brainstorming sessions, and the like. You are expected to be able to take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts and other designs.
As our Senior Designer you will be expected to:
- Be the agency’s leading expert in design, in both traditional and digital platforms
- Concept, design, and provide design support for the graphic design and web teams
- Collaborate with multiple in-house departments effectively and efficiently
- Deliver high-quality work, on-time, and on-budget with the aid of the Agency’s project management
- system and processes
- Work with web team to create user-friendly and responsive websites that meet UX/UI best
- practices
- Review and tests websites to ensure the design and user experience flows across devices and
- browsers
- Collaborate with the account team to identify project needs and develop designs that meet
- strategic and business requirements
- Review final design, finished art, and conceptual material per brand guidelines and project
- objectives, and execute the alteration or correction of such materials
- Prepare artwork (traditional and digital) for production using knowledge gained from experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- BFA in Graphic Design or similar
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a design role (fast-paced agency or in-house environment
- experience is preferred)
- Experience designing for desktop and mobile digital platforms
- Illustration and UI/UX experience is a plus

- Working HTML/CSS skills, JavaScript and WordPress a plus
