After more than a decade of success and organic growth, Y2 Yoga hit a critical turning point. Operational setbacks and delayed expansion impacted momentum, while inconsistent branding across locations and platforms diluted its strong identity.
Though its auto-pay membership model offered a measure of revenue stability, the studio struggled with converting enough new students into long-term members and maintaining consistent community engagement.
